The super chunky yarn is making a whole new range of home goods possible. In this 4-hour class, you'll create a soft and textural pillow using mega chunky yarn and a simple crochet pattern. You'll be given a huge ball of yarn, wooden crochet hook and a cotton sham. Together we'll explore crochet techniques, the steps to creating a pillow and learn about the unique fibers spun into our yarn.

We'll be creating our pillows from ReLove Merino; spun on a Washington State family farm, ReLove is made from fine merino wool and recycled plastic bottle fiber. Britt from Love Fest Fibers will share the process behind the fiber and explore project ideas for working with chunky yarn. This class is perfect for all levels as it uses simple crochet and sewing skills. By the end of class, you'll have a striking statement pillow for your bed or couch.

Light snacks and refreshments will be served and you’ll also receive a 15% off discount at the Poketo shop in the lobby as well as all future workshops.

This is a great workshop for team-building and for the whole family. Please read our Workshop FAQ for more info
