Perfume Making Workshop with Yosh Han
This is an interactive blending workshop where each participant will create their own 30ML / 1oz bottle of fragrance. Students will also learn to smell and evaluate each other’s compositions and walk away with knowledge on how to create a perfume!
Students will also smell aromatic essences and explore perfume design, composition, and editing. History and technical info on top, middle and base notes in relation to fragrance families will be explored.

San Francisco based perfumer Yosh Han founded her company in 2004, creating artisanal perfumes. Yosh’s philosophy connects flavor and fragrance with intuition and spirit. She has mentored many artisan perfumers who comprise the American perfumery movement. Her perfumes have won many awards including best fragrance awarded by the Institute for Arts and Olfaction. Current YOSH offerings include fine fragrances for men and women that are stocked in high-end independent haute parfumeries in the USA, Europe, Russia, Asia and the Middle East. Consulting clients include: Ogilvy, Campari, SoHo House, The Battery, Los Altos Olmecas, Barclay Financial Group, Merrill Lynch, NBC, DARPA and Infinity Motors.
