    Learn everything you need to know to make seafood and vegetable sushi at home including perfect rice, flavorful fillings, and beautiful toppings with Japanese cooking instructor Sonoko Sakai. Sonoko will teach you how to make proper sushi rice and how to roll Mari zushi (ball-shaped sushi) and makizushi (rolled sushi). She will also show you how to store and toast nori, as well as how to make your own pickled ginger and miso soup. The workshop will end with a sushi lunch complete with miso soup, daikon-carrot salad, cucumber sunomono salad, and dessert. 

    Please Bring: 
    - Sharp Kitchen Knives
    - Kitchen Towels. 

    All other supplies for the workshop will be included, including high-grade seafood and seasonal vegetables. Tickets include the hands-on workshop and sushi lunch, and a 15% off discount at the Poketo shop in the lobby as well as all future workshops.
