Mollie West Duffy, the co-author of the illustrated book No Hard Feelings: The Secret Power of Embracing Emotions at Work, will lead a workshop on how to practice emotional self-care at work. The interactive workshop will cover how to create a toolkit for self-care at work, how to understand communication differences, and more generally, how to learn from and embrace emotions at work. You'll leave with actionable ideas and a "How to Work With Me Guide."

Mollie West Duffy is the co-author of No Hard Feelings: The Secret Power of Embracing Emotion at Work. She is an Organizational Designer at global innovation firm IDEO. Mollie formerly worked as a research associate for the Dean of Harvard Business School. She has worked with companies of all sizes to develop a good workplace culture. Her writing has been featured in Fast Company, Quartz, Stanford Social Innovation Review, Entrepreneur, Quiet Rev, and other digital outlets, and she’s taught design courses at Stanford.
