Join author Alexandra Elle and calligraphy artist Josefina Sanders for a workshop centered around self-care and being fully present in the moment. Alex and Josefina will guide you towards new avenues for self-exploration using affirmation writing, creative meditations, and introspective journaling. Whether you are looking to release negativity, unblock inner block outline or just want to get to know yourself deeper, Alex and Josefina will teach you a new vocabulary and creative tools for self-healing, self-growth, and self-empowerment.
After the workshop, we'll hold a book signing of Alex's new book, Today I Affirm. Please join us for the conversations with Alex and Josefina and mingling with other like-minded people. Books will be for sale during and after the workshop.
