A co-owner of SoNo Trading Company (they produce their own range of mouthwatering mustards made from high quality ingredients with no additives or stabilizers – we are big fans) and instructor with The Institute of Domestic Technology, Zach will teach participants how to make Whole Grain Mustard, Sriracha, Lacto-fermented Ketchup, and a Vegan Worcestershire Sauce.
