LA Photo Diary: Helen Levi

A gentleman napping in Santa Monica

We’ve really been celebrating the ceramic works of potter Helen Levi the past few weeks at Poketo, so we thought we would highlight another one of her talents: photography. Helen originally started selling her ceramics as a means to support her photography, and while these days she stays busy on the potter’s wheel, she hasn’t lost her eye or her talent behind the lens. We asked the multifaceted artist to share a few of her favorite images that she has taken during her time on the left coast.

Shop Helen Levi Ceramics for Poketo at poketo.com, and stop by the Poketo Flagship before March 9th to see 66 Mugs, an installation of mugs made during the artist’s Los Angeles residency.
