These past couple of weeks have been absolutely refreshing! Emily Ho stopped by to teach a workshop on how to make sparkling beverages that are perfect for summer. With the fresh fruits, herbs and spices that lined the tables, students made natural sodas, ginger ales, and even fermented beverages! I still have our bottle of strawberry basil syrup in the fridge… it’s so easy, just a couple of tablespoons in soda and ice, perfect.
