HomeLA, founded by choreographer Rebecca Bruno, is a performance-based event series that provides an opportunity for experimental dance artists to develop new works and engage with diverse audiences in alternative spaces. Dancers, musicians and other performing artists are invited to create work based on the unique architecture and particular ethos of a structure or residence.
This Sunday, March 9th HomeLA will unveil its fourth installment at the artist-run space Summercamp ProjectProject in El Sereno. Thirteen body-based artists will present work that was created in response to a home that functions as a family residence and an art event space simultaneously. The evening will include video projection, experimental dance, and live performance.
If you are interested in attending, RSVP to homeLA.firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve a ticket and receive the home address.
