We are excited to be part of the first ever TEDWomen 2010, happening in Washington DC December 7th and 8th. The TEDWomen conference will ask and explore in depth, “How are women and girls reshaping the future?”
TED began in 1984 as a gathering place for innovators and leaders in the fields of Technology, Entertainment and Design. 26 years later, TED has become a nexus for a global community of individuals who believe in the power of Ideas Worth Spreading. TED.com currently has a library of nearly 800 amazing talks of such high quality that the site has become the platinum standard for innovation in digital storytelling. The TED community ranges from Arianna Huffington, Jane Goodall, David Eggers, David Byrne, Steve Jobs, Malcolm Gladwell, to Al Gore.
The event is sold out, but, you can watch and stream it live, you can find that information here on the TED site.
We are proud that all of the attendees will have a notebook designed by Poketo for TEDWomen. Well, more than a notebook, it’s an IDEAS book. A place to record ideas, brainstorms, notes, contacts, a perfect companion for TED, simply a perfect companion for your everyday life. Good ideas can change the world… keep it in the back pocket, when that something hits you, you aren’t far from pen to paper.. You can check out the Ideas notebook or get your own at Poketo!
