Free improv show at Upright Citizens Brigade ASSSSCAT & The Wrong Trousers

This was our first time at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. Amy Poehler is one of the founders of the theater and they get writers and performers from shows like SNL, The Office, The Daily Show, Conan and more. The show right before the one we saw last night was with comedian Jeff Garlin (Curb Your Enthusiasm). UCB has venues in both New York and Los Angeles. The one in LA is really small, intimate 95 seat theater. Perfect for performers to heckle and get the crowd engaged. Two young folks from The Wrong Trousers got a dose of that last night. Every Sunday for the rest of this month ASSSSCAT performs, they are awesome and you should go and check out this free show.

Here are The Wrong Trousers. As much as they got heckled last night, they were good sports and ASSSSCAT made it up to them by playing their Youtube video for everyone in the audience… everyone was super stoked. Here it is, this was three years ago and they assured the crowd, they are much different now. I think it’s pretty rad.
