Dave Eggers recently came out with his book, The Wild Things which as Amazon describes, is “based very loosely on the storybook by Maurice Sendak and the screenplay cowritten with Spike Jonze — is about the confusions of a boy, Max, making his way in a world he can’t control.”

The book’s illustrations are done by Rachell Sumpter and comes in all forms– paperback, hard back, audio, and if you’re feeling fancy there’s also a special edition fur cover. Check it out. Pure awesome.
